Go to Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Connection Settings and then select manual proxy configuration.
Internet Explorer:
Go to Tools > Internet Options > Connections > and press LAN settings. Then check "Use a proxy server for your LAN" and enter the info sent to your email.
Firefox:
